20 Sep YES CHEF!
Sam’s Kitchen opened in Walcot Street in Bath in 2011 and was an instant hit for it’s no fuss attitude to delivering great quality eat-in and takeaway food.
In January 2014 Sam’s opened a second café in the glorious countryside here at Glove Factory Studios. Sam’s grow what they can, forage what they can and buy direct from local farms to ensure that they’re handpicking quality for their ingredients. Sam’s work with coffee roasters in Bristol to buy seasonal, fair trade beans from around the world. They use the very best unhomogenised milk from a herd of Jersey cows in Beckington to brew the very best lattes and flat whites.
The chefs start cooking early, make beautiful breakfasts, fresh seasonal salads and fresh roasted joints from local rare-breed livestock farms
They sell out every day and start fresh again the next day.
Sam’s also do a ton of catering; from delivering sandwiches and lunches daily to the MOD, to a lakeside picnic or BBQs and more weddings than you could shake a stick at. Live music, jazz brunches through the summer, a lovely courtyard and great staff make us a pretty unique little place to eat, drink and hang out.
The kitchen and café is licensed and able to accommodate business to business or cultural events and of course dogs are welcome.
